Vivian Guerra hails from Tigua Pueblo of the Ysleta del Sur, a Native American pueblo or town located in El Paso, Texas. From her humble beginnings, she rose to become a project manager for various companies around the Twin Cities in Minnesota. She held this role for 15 years, which helped her hone her business skills.

Vivian’s professional success enabled her to seek and create opportunities for unskilled workers to learn about construction trades in the signage industry. Having first-hand experience in the field for over 20 years, she hopes to empower more people so they can explore their potential and enjoy a more fulfilling life.
