WHO WE ARE

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where our scrap acrylic is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product. The sheet, or “film” when referring to thinner gauges and certain material types, is heated in an oven to a high-enough temperature that permits it to be stretched into or onto a mold and cooled to a finished shape.

Thermoforming Sustainability

We have found that we can reuse our scrap acrylics for the thermoforming manufacturing process. This cuts down on our waste output while reducing damage to Mother Earth.

Why Choose Thermoforming?

This is a sign that can stand up to vandalism, and can be used both indoors and out. The letters and braille cannot be “picked off” or fall off. With color permanently applied, the sign will be readable, fresh and attractive for many years.
